Any customer who purchases a StorDigital Duplicator will now receive a second year labour warranty extension. Second year warranty includes labour but not parts and is available for all StorDigital Tower and Robotic Duplicator models. All StorDigital customers will automatically qualify for the extended 24 month labour warranty, providing piece of mind for long term use. Customers should be aware that the 2nd year warranty is a return to base warranty, including the cost of labour employed to repair the faulty item. Hardware failure is not covered as standard, but is available via a warranty upgrade. The extended warranty is a global warranty requiring the customer to pay all shipping charges resulting from the required repair.
