M6220 ¦ A Simple yet Powerful Stand Alone Production USB Duplicator
The M6220 production USB duplicator is made from
two IMI M6210 ten slot USB duplicators. Each of the
ten slot sections
is referred to as a Å“Slice . When the two M6220 Slices are hooked to the Win PC
program,
M62W, together they become one M6220 twenty slot USB duplicator.
Each ten slot Slice is easily used in a
Stand Alone Mode. The front panel
keys allow the user to select from a number of standard functions
shown on the LCD display.
In a typical duplication
job for the 20 slot M6220, two USB master drives are loaded into the M6220
Master
Slots and twenty copy USB drives are loaded into the twenty M6220 USB
drive copy slots. The Start Key
on each of the ten Slot M6220 Slices are
then depressed, and all 20 copy drives are programmed with the
exact data on
the Master Drives. An optional, yet highly recommended Parallel Verify
operation, is then
normally performed which does a bit by bit check on
all copy drives and produces a eight digit checksum
which can be used as an
audit check on all future duplications of the same master drive.
The M62XX-CS Win PC program allows job setup and control
from a standard Win PC. M6220 jobs are
configured using the M62XX-CS
software and can be selected from either the M62XX-CS Win PC program
or the
M6220 front panel interfaces.
