A bit difficult to know where to start. However, I have to say straight off that the ordering and delivery was 1st class. This tower was bought for our Christian fellowship to be able to copy the teaching that is given each Sunday. We ordered via the website on Wednesday morning and the tower was delivered to an address in the northeast of Scotland by Friday lunchtime! Excellent service! Plus, there was no extra delivery charge for the IV postcode like a lot of companies do. As far as operating the tower, and knowing what it does, and how it does it, I would strongly recommend that you read the user manual that comes on the CD with it! We had been used to using Lightscribe on a laptop that we have and this does everything for you after you have generated a label and flipped the Lightscribe disc. The tower, although doing 11 copies all at once, needs some manual input via the control panel to get going. I would suggest that the advertising info does not make it clear that you have to generate a Lightscribe Label data file via the Lightscribe software on the User Manual disc. This label file then has to be burnt onto a separate CD to be used as the master disc for burning the label onto the blank discs in the tower. No problem copying the audio. Also, if you are doing less than 11 copies you have to tell the tower how many copies you are doing before the process will start. The accompying instructional paperwork is not very good but thanks to Callum at Technical Support I was able to get going along the right lines. I guess that if we had spent a little bit more we could have got a Lightscribe tower with its own hard drive with connectability to a laptop and the confusion experienced would have been a lot less. Due to the excellent delivery and the support from Callum we will be ordering some of our consumables from cd-writer.comA bit difficult to know where to start.
